Well I don't know for sure, but I did hear a civilian interviewed who spoke as though that were so, at least in his mind(he was mad). Now reporting 550 homes burned on CNN, and the current active fleeing of thousands. 4 total fires reported in California, but probably more littlier ones as its growing, if separate fires if those towns I mentioned in San Diego County are indeed the case.

Fox News now reporting "at least 13 dead and 650 homes burned." Numbers changing rather fast. My friend must have lost power along with much of the county, and the fire was within 5 miles last word I got. My friend had piled a limited selection of personal valuables by the door in preparation to leave. It's out of control, and there is no public entity, no one, capable of stopping it. It must be horribly scary out there.

But, some liberal wants to blame Bush for wanting to employ appropriate forest management.
