AQI's obligation regarding the Calcatreu acquisition totals only $735,000 during the next 24 months and they have twice that amount in the bank. As for their more recent acquisition, it has yet to close. So it is premature to say that they need a quick outcome.

The issue remains: who is right?

Whoever is right will provide evidences, see its stock move back up and have no problems with future financing.

Neither of us do know. So let's wait for the next shot which should come from Aquiline. If they put up, they will be in the driver's seat and IMA will be in big trouble. If they shut up, they will be the boys in deep trouble.
