Everyone knows consumers are tired of paying outlandish commissions to brokers and the tide is turning. Changes are coming, flat fees, reduced commission rates etc. If you doubt it, just take a look at the automobile sales industry.

Oh, Steve, I can handle this. I've only been hearing the same arguments, same predictions and same criticisms since the 1970s. Still waiting for all of them to come true. Would be glad to have you back, and I'm sure you will be just as soon as your clients decide you're not worth the money they're probably paying you to stay so busy.
