Mish; keep an eye on this biz.yahoo.com Now you might see that M2 was down but that was OCT 13th.. Look at all the liquid since then.. and they have started buying back coupons and treasuries instead of just doing repos..so that adds what is called permanent liquid..and it makes sence to me for them to buy back with the dollar low. --- Had they not did this the market would have tanked a lot harder last week..the rub is the market still went down with them adding liquid..so we look like we made our top a week ago, but that's not confirmed yet. If we do rally from here but don't make a new high before we come back, then this little support line is going to break.. Jim
