Dean looked terrible last night. What are you talking about? He looked pale, stiff, frumpy, irritated and got zinged from the left by Kucinuch for running dishonest ads and from the center by Kerry for comparing himself to Bush and relying on his staff to make foreign policy decisions for him.

In effect, Dean was saying he can't make decisions himself, he needs people to tell him what is right and wrong. He compared himself to Bush and also Paul Wellstone, a terrible move defining himself as an angry leftist who can't win outide left-wing bastions. Wellstone's people lost the senate election even after his tragic death by acting too angry on TV. Even in liberal Minnesota they lost.

Kerry, Gepardt and Edwards looked good, Dean and Lieberman confused and weak. Kerry also got in the best zingers of the night along with Sharpton of course. "Wait until you see Kerry gone wild" was hilarious along with his other joke. You must be working for Bush to claim Dean did himself any good last night.

Kerry also zinged Dean for having NO PLAN for Iraq. It's true isn't it? Does he have any plan? Besides being against the war with the peace-marchers, did he ever come up with an alternative? Voters don't just want someone who protests and gets angry, they want solutions from moderate experienced minds.

Dean is also putting on weight. His neck was bursting out of his collar with a double chin. With his stumpy frame, he had better start jogging a lot or he could turn into a fat fireplug. Not exactly presidential-looking.
