there was an article last week , same thing happening in England... Jobs are moving to low cost.. and it is not just happening in U.S. This is good right? The global underdeveloped get to participate. The rich nations surrender some affluence in the name of "share the wealth". If we believe in exporting democracy then we'd better support exporting opportunity. If we don't then perhaps we are capitalist fundamentalists exporting our hybrid brand of fundamentalism.
