Jim, I disagree. I think the Congressional contests are by far the most important. And I have yet to vote for anyone who has won a House or Senate seat. I have picked a few governors right, though. I was on a big losing streak on Presidents until Clinton won. I'm still not sure if my vote for Gore should be counted as picking the winner. After all, I didn't get a vote on The Supreme Court. <G>
