Bought in to CEE @ 20.30, central European fund this morning. I figured it would take a big drop on the Kremlin arrest of Russky billionaire, and it did.....now recovering nicely.

We are talking about a nation with little or no experience in capitalism and democracy in all its long history.How the masses and politiciens react to a "healthy correction" and its consequences is anybodies guess.There are just too many what ifs both political and economic and too few westerners who understand china in depth.
