I think this chart is a clue. It's called rotation, bonds to stocks, and vice
versa. That's why rates track stocks. I don't see that it's over, yet.

That's why if foreigners decide to dump bonds and the dollar, stocks may
rush... UP! At least, at first. This correlation has been in place during the
last 5 years! It's not going to be over in a heartbeat.
