To make it clearer could you please provide a breakdown on how a 6% commission on a $1,600,000 home sale ($96,000) and the same breakdown on a $200,000 ($12,000)home.

Who gets what as the pie is divided. Assuming there are two different agents and realtor companies involved in the transaction. Also would it be different if the two agents were from the same name company such a 2 Remax agents from two different offices in different cities.

Distribution of commission.
Sales agent
Brokerage office
etc.
