hui, if you are "second-guessing" your sale of it at lower levels..don't. There are 10,000+ other stocks around and there will always be another chance. I really don't have anything else to say about it other than it's concentrated in a good market...at least for now.

I have never looked at this one but a P/E of 15 is WAY above the industry fwiw I still think the builders are near a top it has been home prices that have driven the earnings, not unit sales for most of them
