Yeah, but most of it was currency related, so the market forgave 'em for the most part. The Rand can't keep going up forever, can it?<G> As I've said before, the flipside of the Rand's strength is that our invested assets over there (ie, the companies "book value" in ClownBux increases as the Rand increases). Although it puts a short term hitch in EPS, you're invested assets (ie, their reserves) continue to appreciate with the dollar's ongoing devaluation. Short term bad, long term good. With gold, it's OK to think longer term 'cause we know how the story's gonna end.
