Borb,
Warren Buffet is a corporate opportunist. If he buys, everyone has to buy. He is so stingy that he was without opportunity targets thruought most of the bullrun phase of 1996-2000. That's ok for a business manager who is frugal, but not for a portfolio manager who has to make decisions now..

He likes some overseas markets, think has mentioned Greater china though.. Some other heavyweights are getting a good feeling foor Japan I've heard - like Larry Kudlow, Sid Klein and Jim Rodgers..
