Where did I say to walk out? No, I don't advocate that. Let's get a PLAN together, which, AMAZINGLY, they did not have before. Let us get experts in Iraq, experts in nation building, which they also did not have. Or should I say, who were ignored. You know about the one year State Dept study that was tossed aside by the Defense Dept, right? The one that pretty much predicted every single thing that happened after the war was "over." Let's put the Defense Dept. way in the background on this re-building effort, let's get some COMPETITIVE BIDDING (ever hear of it) going on this think, if it's not too late, and see what we can do.
