agreed, Grady made numerous critical errors behind scenes not pulling poor fielders in late innings leaving pitchers in too long not pinch hitting certain guys putting in questionable pitchers in tough spots replacing setup pitchers when they are rolling along not taking a stand to defend Ramirez appearing to be asleep thru much of the two series he is a minor league manager RedSox did win more games than since 1985 or so I doubt his replacement will be much better we will see with Nomar dealing with free agency, and a few huge contracts already on the books, I doubt next year will have quite the offensive power as this year had / jim
