If you want to be more specific you can just change -

"An atheist can be against abortion because a living human being is killed, souls don't have to enter in to the picture. "

to

"A libertarian atheist can be against abortion because a living human being is killed, souls don't have to enter in to the picture. "

I can't see any other reason why a libertarian (atheist or not) could be against abortion. A non-libertarian could be against it because they think its icky, or because they think its immoral but not killing a living human being, or because they where told by their parents or a religious leader that it is wrong, but none of those reasons would be consistent with libertarianism.
