The sentence structure was awkward so I guess I just interpreted it as agreement.

Which sentence(s) did you find had an awkward structure. I can try to rephrase, esp. if I agree with you about the awkwardness.

My main point was expressed in this sentence -

"A libertarian atheist can be against abortion because a living human being is killed, souls don't have to enter in to the picture. "

That doesn't seem awkward to me.

If one were both an atheist and libertarian, though, the personhood thing is out

My point was precisely that it isn't out.
