Very interesting development...I'm also anxious to hear where the money has disappeared. According to a report released last September by the International Monetary Fund, $591m. in tax revenue and an additional $300m. in profits from commercial investments were "diverted away from the budget." In other words, PA officials stole the money. IMF...aka a boondoogle set up to steal millions from the American tax payers and give it to foreign governments. Clinton did some of his best work with this "found" money!
