Will, could MPVs pipes be richer than we are being told by Debeers? After reviewing data on WSP and ABZ in the early stages of bulk sampling I have come to the conclusion " may be yes" To get a reading on the grade and value of the snap deposit I seem to recall that WSP took two bulk samples at about 5000 tons each for a tl of 10,000 tons.In that sample they got a 9+ ct stone and a few 7 5 and 3 cts after.Aber said they needed to take a ten thousand ton bulk sample to get an accurate grade and value. In the case of MPV only a 1300 ton sample was done, yet a 9.9 ct gemstone was produced as well as the 7ct and 5ct and 3ct and so on was produced in a sample of about for "round figures" of only 10% size of the WSP and ABZ bulks. So looking at it from a statisticle stand point, one could assume that a 10,000 t sample on the KL pipes should produce more big stones per tn than Snap and Divik.Debeers has said in the past that they only need to take small bulk samples to get grade and value.Could it be that a larger bulk sample is being avoided by Debeers for its own agenda? What is your thoughts Will? Do you belive that in the end as I do KL will prove to be much richer and more robust after Debeers controlls 100% of the project?
