LOL - Chopsticks users at risk for arthritis, X-rays show

Over decades, using chopsticks may lead to hand arthritis, according to new research. Boston University scientists studied 2,507 Beijing 60-year-olds, all of whom had eaten with chopsticks throughout their lives. Chopstick use is nearly universal in China.

The scientists X-rayed subjects' hands to check for signs of arthritis, including narrowing of the space between finger joints.
