Unfortunately we're in an environment where motives are so craven and regard for human life so slight that the attacks could also be carried out by non-Iraqis to settle scores, i.e., (a)neocons giving the United Nations the message to stop meddling in private billion-dollar contract frauds, (b)CIA giving the neocons a message on who's not going to take the fall, (c)hired hits by contractors to increase value of protection contracts by Wackenut/Halliburton. It's suspicious that $4 billion of the last $5 billion monitored by the UK is unaccounted for. In an unaccountable war with no transparency on billions of dollars there's plenty of death-dealing profiteers to go around. With friends like these, who needs terrorists, etc.
