I think Clinton wuz the best president in my lifetime and his private life wuz no ones business but his own...The impeachment wuz justa Republican attempt to politically embarrass him. Sadamn didn't stay in power all those years in a country that had 19 different rulers in the preceding 20 years by luck. Taking him out wuz impossible...Even if possible you can clearly see by Clerics trying to take power today that IRAQ would just wind up with more of the same...or worse. Indeed those loans should be forgiven . That can only help toward the needed economic growth. The rest of the world will as they always do allow the US to carry the load for them.
