The criticism of Bush is vacuous. The operation, beginning in March, is not even a year old. The first phase went extraordinarily well, against all expectation of the harsher critics. In spite of the security problem, we have had a lot of success in getting Iraq back on its feet, and avoided a humanitarian crisis that some were sure loomed. The security problem is not wholly unanticipated (did anyone seriously imagine no terrorists would turn up?), although it is worse than expected, but we are making progress in getting foreign help and training Iraqis for security tasks. In any case, in an operation like this, one will have good months and bad months. Running around yelling "the sky is falling" when things are rough is not productive. It is not the sort of behavior that induces me to vote for the Chicken Little who is either too stupid, or too ready to try to profit from trouble to moderate his criticism..........

Kerry and Clark can beat Bush, especially together.
So why would you call them dwarfs? What does that make Bush, a Lilliputian?
