my vote is media is staying in there rooms over in Iraq and only go out when some bombing takes place with an army of protection. We get more shooting in our cities each night than Iraq does in a day... It seems every night in Philly a cop is shot or gangs are shooting each other. or armed robberies and this is one city... You can not turn on the morning news without someone getting killed in Philly, raped, robbed, beaten, or kids abused. Yet, our mayor Street is up for re-election because he has made the streets safer and will probably win... but then i do not know if any mayor could provide more security.. Just not enough cops to cover every block in the city.. like Iraq.
No one wants to see our troops getting shot at or killed but let's also highlight the schools open, hospitals open, new books, electic power, clean water,,, babies getting food.
Media not the only problem ,, where is the rest of the world?
