Actually it's Lisa Madigan who wants to loosen the pollution rules. Since she's a hard core democrat I doubt Bush has much to do with it.

Yeah, it had to be President Bush's fault...thats the ticket....and I am mad about this solar flare thing too!!! has to be the President's fault.....http://www.spaceweather.com/

and "The Waffle King" Kerry released a statement saying that although he voted for the flare....he did not mean it unless we put the flare under the thumb of the UN.
