Nieither party thought it would take this long, but as far as I know, it's still going to happen." I suggested that they issue a press release at least updating the progress of the acquisition, and he agreed that something is probably warranted. Arnie is in Europe "working on a parallel deal", and they do have other things in the works, but like all mergers, this one is taking longer than expected. He also said, that in retrospect, they would have been better served not to give a closing date at all. Duh. I'll hold to see what happens. PS Pretty much what I heard we see
