we have oil storage facilities for about 3 days at our dual burn plants. Other outfits are set for "wholesale" switching -- and I think a bit of that occurred during the spikes in Feb / March of this year -- when the price of electrical energy failed to follow NG prices -- but it is peaking energy ...

I was talking about another sector -- industrial demand -- which has fallen more or less permanently in the last 3-4 years. A little bit of that is fuel switching, but a lot of it is "location" switching -- mfring elsewhere because it is cheaper to do so.
