Ron... Thanks, I guess I should have "looked" to see if there was an "edit" button...LOL...

Today the data lagged bad, and if not for me using 2 pc's w/multiple monitors I would have never known...

My IB depth window was about 10sec ahead of Qcharts on the e-minis, even though Qcharts T&S time was right on...

Now that is bad because your watching the T&S for confirmation, you see the time is "correct" and you assume the "data" is correct...

Wrong!!!

Thanks again,
Shoreco

Ron: Surely this company is destined to go out of business in the near future. I am having all of the same problems with QCharts/QFeed and more.

Charts not filling or taking forever to fill, time/sales data lagging or just stalling for several minutes, at times when I request a new chart the software just stops functioning for several minutes. I won’t even try to list all the data gliches.

Every time I think this service can't get much worse, it does...

Regards,
LG

PS: QCharts is normally my backup service, but since I moved and have never gotten around to setting up my TradeStation computers, I've been stuck using it full time. I am just going to have to take a break over the next week and set up my trading desk. Once done I'll be looking for a new backup service.
