Offshore outsourcing and productivity improvements through technology. The former is largely because domestic labor has become too expensive. Why? High wages, benefits, employee litigation risks, insurance, and workers comp costs, in part pumped up by d*cks like you. Remember the old saw, that if you're not part of the solution then you're part of the problem? Look in the mirror, because all signs point to YOU as part of the problem.
