The dollar has formed a small H&S and has broken down slightly... could pave the way for a .91 dollar and then lower?

Surely, Fed officials are scratching their heads trying to figure out why eurodollar futures imply nearly 100 bp of tightening by next September in an environment in which they have been stressing that there is no need for a preemptive policy response. The combination of significant slack in labor and product markets with a below-target inflation rate means that the economy can grow well above trend for several quarters before the Fed starts to tighten. Although we are even more optimistic than consensus regarding the economic outlook in the US, we don't expect any rate hikes for another 10-12 months.
