What makes you think an attorney could pass that test without taking the course? <G> I've seen attorneys flunk it more than once. I've also been in a real estate class with attorneys...they tend to ask too many questions and bog down the class but that's law I guess.

As for the BS in Real Estate, that makes sense to me and I recall that. I guess I will drag out the 'ole real estate book and look it up just for fun.
