JE didn't realize you were still in CORV. Would like to see more volume, but not complaining on the move. Now at 1.38 +.05. HOD is 1.42. A little news would help.

Jim

Broadwing Expands Nationwide All-Optical Network
Thursday October 30, 9:15 am ET
Lighting Additional 1,200-Mile All-Optical Route Adds Capacity, On-Network Diversity, Security, Reliability, and Speed of Provisioning for Customers in Major Florida Markets

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 30, 2003-- The "new" Broadwing Communications -- a fully consolidated subsidiary of Corvis Corporation (Nasdaq:CORV - News) -- today announced that it has lit approximately 1,200 additional all-optical route miles along the eastern coast of Florida, extending the company's nationwide all-optical core from Atlanta to Miami.
This network expansion gives Broadwing's enterprise and carrier customers in Miami, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, Tallahassee, and other Florida cities additional bandwidth and new, on-network diversity (or route redundancy) capabilities, thus enhancing network reliability and security. The expansion of the network's all-optical core further allows Broadwing to provision services to more Florida customers at industry-leading speeds.

"Our expansion in Florida is an important first step in the larger network investment plan drawn up by Broadwing's new owners and our first-rate engineering team," said Mark F. Spagnolo, Broadwing's chief executive officer. "In the past, market dynamics prevented the company from completing projects like this one. Now, with our strong balance sheet, the 'new' Broadwing can move forward with strategic investments that will reduce network costs and enhance service to our customers."
