This company has no debt......because it keeps issuing new stock rather than borrow money.

Actually, it does -- it has about $260M in debt, and a pending shelf registration for another $500M.

I think that the current pps indicates that investors consider it a good long term play

I continue to be amazed at SIRI's pps. The call today was as bad as it can get, yet they're trading up. Makes no sense whatsoever.
