I have friends that never want to live in a place that is finished. They like the idea of possibilities, a blank slate so to speak from which they can carve out a space. As soon as their houses approach a mature look they want to move. Frankly I think they are nuts. We've had no shortage of "projects" around here but I look forward to living out my old age in a place that doesn't need a lot of work or any work!
