That is the dumbest Bush reverse logic spin of all, them saying that it's a good thing we're attracting all the terrorists in the Middle East to Iraq to blow up our soldiers, or else 1% of them might find their way to the USA someday. Just stupid, pathetic and causing dozens of extra troop casualties. Bushie poor planners have a lot of our troops' blood on their hands. It's no wonder Rumsfield is freaking out.
