what are your objections to overturning 13 for business though? High tech wants it overturned for commercial.

Hello Lindy Bill,

Oh, I know and love prop 13! Saved me a fortune that those California Politicians would have otherwise extracted from me.

Prop. 13 was and still is a straight-arm in the face of the young adults of California. When we bought our first house, our property, as per Prop. 13 specifications, was revalued to the current price while my neighbors' properties stayed at a much lower Prop. 13 valuation.

Young marrieds, like us, end up paying "your" share of California's expenses because the older people and the business community ganged up and ripped us off.

I'm not at all suprised at how many older Californians and business people simply love this "weasel" arrangement.
