I've made a ton of money on LRCX so I am happy to see the managers there fairly compensated... but to find they net $2.3M from 0.1M shares that leaves them with options for "only" 2.24M more...

How long has Newberry been there? If it was 5 yrs, then the options might have been about to expire from 5 yrs ago as the price would be about right.

As for selling 5% of shares, I have already done this myself as you are a nut to have such huge gains and not pull a few chips off the table. I keep thinking we might put in a shareholder request to change the ticker from LRCX to ATM! Ka Ching!
