Good for you Jlallen. I guess you won't mind if the Cubans grab you and hold you in a foreign country indefinitely, without charges, without counsel, without a hearing and for as long as they want for whatever reasons they want? That doesn't violate any international laws, now does it? The whole world thinks otherwise but we claim the right to do it based upon our characterization of those people as falling somewhere in a twilight zone between or beyond prisoners of war and international criminals. In other words we created some new category and then claimed that there was no international law that provided basic legal protections for that group.

In other words, we set ourselves up as above the laws of nations. Our claim of right-"who the hell's going to try to stop us?"
