Bill O'Reilly is number 3, with "Who's looking out for you", behind Michael Moore "Dude, Where's my country" and Al Franken "Lies and the lying liars who tell them".

O'Reilly must have dropped, he was on top a couple of weeks ago.

If Hillary's book counts, then Rich Lowry's book Legacy should also count - it's all about how Clinton dropped the ball on terrorism.

Liberals have a current edge because they have two writers out who are (imho) actually funny - Franken and Ivins. Moore is the Rush Limbaugh of the left. I'll wait for Mark Steyn to write a book to even the score. Krugman is so consumed with Bush-hatred that he has become a partisan hack. Sad to see in someone who used to be a thoughtful economist.

But again, the Democrats are trying hard to get their ideas out, in earnest or in satire, because they are in a primary campaign. The Republicans are not, so if any conservative writers have manuscripts ready on the great triumph of Republican ideas, it would behoove them to wait until next year to publish them.
