Apollo, We will recover from this crisis, too, but it will be painful. I think the Clownbuck is already well into its collapse and will continue on this path. John Templeton expects another 40% down from this level and I think he's being polite about it. <G>

Paying off debt and holding money markets are perverse strategies. When rates are low, that's when you should buy money markets and pay off debt. That means things have only one way to go, up on rates. When rates are high, you should be borrowing on margin to buy all the cheap assets. Now, I talk better than I act on these things. I can't stand to hold money markets right now, but I know in my heart it's the right thing. So, I'm holding MMs and buying calls at the casino. Works so far.

I like Qualcom, but it price discounts perfection.
