Well, "solve" is a loose term. Making a very frustrated and shaken customer shut up, give up, hang up and/or simply go away could be (and likely is) counted as a "solve" in the world of corporate America. -g- :-)

I made the mistake of buying MS 2003Money from Microsoft online back when my personal microsoft hell began....I never received the media diskette and after much effort managed to contact them and request a replacement. I still don't have....blew 20mins on phone last time and gave up....

I guess I need to go buy 2004money from a reputable distributor....brick & mortar baby!
