I'm sure glad I ignored Brinker's tip to buy MSFT. Aren't you?

Were you one of the bashers back then that said Brinker's call in January, 2000 was a mistake as the market continued up through March, 2000?

I thought the advice was lame but I agreed with the timing and sold everything. As always with Brinker, if you pick and chose the right information you may do well. You may not.

It can be very difficult to find someone to trust. Isn't it? I mean, look at Brinker's 2000 year record. He made a decent timing judgement in Jan. so he got people to trust him. Then he makes a fair call on a QQQ CTR but blows the exit. Still, you give him the benefit of the doubt.

Then he totally screws up trying to play with a topping process that he has no idea what he's doing. People roped in by the good calls now get taken to the woodshed to be beaten mercilessly. Then, followers get roundly snubbed as Brinker just quits in the middle of the failed QQQ trade. No exit plan, no advice, no consulting with pros. Just gargantuan losses. So much misplaced trust.

Brinker is a third rate hack at equity trading. Follow his long term timing at your own peril. If you haven't developed your own skills in the equity market, you are a fool to follow Brinker. Seek out professional advice.
