I can't say for sure what is causing the runup...is it the mining or the biotech, or both? But I recently heard Ken Friedman give a presentation about Clifton and it was very impressive. The biotech products seem to have fairly amazing potential, in my opinion.

Well, I don't know any fundamental reasons, but there is a lot going on with the company, vis a vis the silver solution, which is being tested against SARS right now, to see if it can be effective as a surface decontaminant. If so, the ASAP sales could go stratospheric. The other side, mining with Dumont, could result in significant resource development with drilling, about to get underway.
