If American companies are moving offshore, jobs and all, how is the American worker possibly expected to benefit from the Bush tax cuts for the rich? Isn't it better to put money into the hands of the actual American worker so that American worker can, with certainty, spend that money within the American economy? This American worker is juxtrapositioned against the American corporation that is operating offshore and thus spending money offshore instead of here in America?
