Today, A radio jock made the observation that the big solar flare that hit us yesterday could have wiped off the face of the earth, then there would be nothing left but cockroaches and lawyers....made me think of a few I knew would have survived....

I hope some big corporation rips you off, then you have to sue them. Happened to me. Fortunately I was able to get a settlement. Never against will I look down on litigation attorneys. Mine were very honest and hard-working defending the little guy against the conglomerate. When the big boys screw you, you'd better have a good one. Common sense tort reform is fine, but the drastic limits on damage awards and immunity from prosecution the Bushies seek is just more corporate welfare.
