The guy whipped out his tool kit and had the thing stripped down to lowest terms in no time flat, and the village was panicking. Very soon thereafter the pump was purring, the water was flowing, and he could do no wrong.


I was going to say, in my original post, "Send over the Engineers," or at least the Technical types. I used the Army for my travel agency. My condition for joining the Army was that I be sent to Europe.
