The guy doing drugs in public is going to get caught for posession. The guy with dealer quantities of drugs that gets caught on the street is going away for a long long time. Black, white, purple, doesn't matter. A guy doing drugs in his home and decides to clean up his act and go to rehab doesn't get arrested at rehab and it has nothing to do with race. It has to do with not persecuting somebody that isn't in posession anymore and is getting help. Now if you get caught with drugs at rehab, thats a different ballgame, but not the Rush L. story.
