I don't care to discuss why it is happening with you. That never goes very well. The point I was making is that Europe is experiencing some very meaningful changes in weather, for whatever reason- and that could impact an old city, that is heavily in to preserving historic buildings; buildings never designed for the kind of weather they are going through today. The non-insulated homes in California would experience something similar if we suddenly started getting the kind of weather they have in Minnesota. I'm sure lots of elderly people would freeze to death. Climate change- for whatever reason it is occurring- can be a bitch.
