With your data on FIT, I'd call it another example of corrupt corporate governance. Their primary obligation is to the owners of the company. Selling the assets and liquidating would seem to deliver far more than $3.75.

(I did not see the post that they are liquidating when I wrote this.)

David re MAXS - I'm still holding...agree with Paul that there's room for upside...they continue to execute well.
Regarding valuation, MAXS current EV/EBITDA is 6.9 vs 8/03 average for apparel co's of 8.9[I prefer this metric to PE cause it adjusts for cash/debt on BS & MAXS has a chunk of cash].
