Bushies have promised 4 million new jobs by 2004. Let's hold them to that pledge. Give us the citation to that "pledge", will you? If based on that article about Snow, you incorrectly morphed his job growth forecast into a promise to provide them, into a pledge. After watching a weather forecast on t.v., do you come away with an understanding that the forecaster has just pledged to you that s/he will personally provide you with sunny weather?
